Right now, some of our members are paid way below what people make in other school districts, and there are several facing increasingly difficult working conditions. This is unfair and unacceptable. We refuse to accept a bad deal just to finish quickly. We are working diligently every day to get the absolute best options, fair pay, safer and better working environments, and strong protections for every single member of our union.
